Reviews and Ratings
I woke up to the sight of cows grazing in the large fields every morning and enjoyed the sweeping views of the Alps from my room. The hot temperature was a bit uncomfortable, but it was expected. The rooms are cozy but somewhat cramped.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage space and stunning mountain views. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making it an ideal place to stay. The location was perfect, especially for mountain and skiing enthusiasts, offering a gorgeous view of the Alps. The dining experience was delightful with a wide-ranging, delicious meal selection. The facilities were great, enhancing my overall experience.
Waking up to the unforgettable mountain scenery from my balcony made my stay truly special. The room also had a little patio area that was perfect for enjoying the morning. Facing Jungfrau, having good TV channels, a great breakfast, and being centrally located, this accommodation exceeded my expectations. The balcony offered an AMAZING mountain view, making it an ideal choice for a mountain town retreat.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while offering a mountain view and balcony, need significant renovation, especially the bathroom. The service was friendly and accommodating, particularly for those planning to visit Murren. The location, although accessible on foot from train stations, lacked ambience and could use updating. The dining options were satisfactory with a variety of choices. Overall, the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though small and basic, were clean and respectable with ensuite bathrooms; however, my top floor corner room had a musty smell. The service was exceptional, especially in helping us with our luggage early in the morning. The location offered a good view and a relaxing atmosphere, but there were unexpected charges like for kids' breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay with some highs and lows.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms offered spectacular views of the mountains, and the staff was exceptional, even picking us up at the train stop and serving us a much-needed coffee upon arrival. The breakfast was also exceptional. However, the rooms were clean but quite dated, especially the bathrooms.
